Refund & Cancellation

A simple, no-questions-asked refund window and a clear way to cancel a subscription.

Last updated: 1 August 2026

Refund window

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. You do not need to give a reason. This applies to every one-time program sold on this site.

How to request a refund

Send an email to lucas.smtb@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, or message us on WhatsApp at +55 44 99704-7817, with:

  • the email address used at checkout;
  • the date of purchase and the name of the program.

We confirm receipt within 24 hours and approve eligible requests within 2 business days. The refund is issued to the original payment method and normally appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After a refund

Access to the program ends once the refund is issued. You must stop using the material and delete any copies you have saved.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and frequency shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time by emailing us or replying to any billing email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Cancelling stops future charges and is not the same as a refund. The 7-day refund window also applies to the first payment of a subscription.

Duplicate or unrecognised charges

If you see a duplicate charge, or a charge you do not recognise, contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Charges from this site appear on statements as LUCASSMTB. We resolve verified duplicates with a full refund, usually the same day.

When a refund may be declined

  • The request is made after the 7-day window has closed.
  • The account shows sharing, redistribution or downloading of the content in breach of our Terms of Use.
  • Repeated purchase-and-refund activity on the same account.

Your statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence, including any statutory right of withdrawal. It does not limit them.
