Privacy Policy
What data we collect when you buy a digital program, why we use it, and the rights you have over it.

1. Controller

2. What we collect
- Order data: name, email address, phone number and country given at checkout.
- Payment data: handled by our payment provider. We receive a transaction reference and the last digits of the card; we never receive or store full card numbers.
- Account and usage data: login events and progress inside the program.
- Support data: messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, collected to keep the service secure.
3. Why we use it
- To deliver the program you bought and give you access (performance of a contract).
- To provide customer support and handle refunds (performance of a contract).
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep records required by tax and accounting rules (legal obligation and legitimate interest).
- To send occasional emails about your purchase. Marketing emails are only sent with your consent and every one has an unsubscribe link.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with providers that make the service work: the payment processor, the hosting and program platform, and the email delivery service. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.
5. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the European Union and the United States. Where required, transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
6. How long we keep it
Account and access data is kept for as long as your access is active. Transaction records are kept for the period required by Brazilian tax and commercial law. Support messages are kept for up to 24 months.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to lucas.smtb@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in Brazil, the ANPD).
8. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the site and login to work, and basic analytics to understand how pages are used. You can block cookies in your browser, but login may then not work.
9. Children
Our products are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access to it is restricted. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

We will publish any update to this policy on this page with a new date.
